ICC Eligibility Requirements
- The rules on to whom the RYA can issue an ICC are somewhat complex because of European politics; evidence proving that you are not a national of and resident in Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Romania, Slovakia or Switzerland is required
- If your passport is from a country not on this list simply include a copy of that passport.
- For those holding multiple passports: If you hold a passport from a country on the list above, you should use a passport from a different, non-restricted country. That passport will be recorded as your nationality on the ICC. Alternatively, you may provide proof that you are resident in a non-restricted country. i.e. Send a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement, a driving licence, a recognised national identity card or other official document, showing your name and address.
